Cookie policy

The few cookies SimpleCold uses, what each one does and how long it lasts.

Effective 26 October 2026

The short version

SimpleCold uses only the cookies it needs to sign you in, keep sign-in and the free tools safe from abuse, and remember one layout choice in the dashboard. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

Cookies set by others

  • Cloudflare Turnstile. On the free tools, the website forms and the dashboard's single check, a Cloudflare Turnstile check may run to tell people from bots. Cloudflare may set its own cookies or similar storage for this. They are used only for security, not for advertising.
  • Cal.com. If the demo booking calendar is shown after you request a demo, it is loaded from Cal.com, which may set its own cookies needed for booking.
  • Google. If you choose Sign in with Google, you go through Google's sign-in pages, where Google's own cookies apply.
  • Stripe. When you buy credits you complete payment on Stripe's checkout page, where Stripe's cookies apply, including for fraud prevention.

Other storage on your device

The dashboard keeps some interface state in your browser's local storage so pages load the way you left them. It never leaves your device and isn't used for tracking. Partner logos on this website are loaded from Logo.dev, which receives your IP address and browser details like any image request; it doesn't need cookies for this.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary ones, you won't be able to sign in to the dashboard or use Sign in with Google.
