Feature

Know the day your sending domain breaks

Add your sending domains once. Every day we check MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and the main blacklists, give each domain a grade from A to F, and tell you in plain words what to fix.

What we check

Five checks, every day

The same records receiving servers read before they decide where your mail lands.

MX records

The domain can receive mail, including the replies and bounces from your campaigns.

SPF

The record is valid, there is only one, and it stays within the limit of 10 DNS lookups.

DKIM

Your own selectors, or the common ones if you leave them blank. Weak, revoked and test keys are flagged.

DMARC

A policy exists, how strict it is, and whether reports go anywhere.

Blacklists

The main domain blocklists, with a link to request removal when you are listed.

How it works

Set it up once

No DNS changes and nothing to install.

  1. 01

    Add your domains

Type the domain you send from. The first check runs straight away. Up to 10 domains per organization.

  2. 02

    Get a grade and fixes

Each domain gets a grade from A to F, with every problem explained and the fix written out.

  3. 03

    Hear when it changes

We check again every day and alert your owners and admins when something gets worse.

Alerts

What gets you an alert

By email and in the dashboard, to owners and admins. Only when something gets worse, never as a daily digest.

Newly blacklisted

The domain appears on a blocklist it was not on yesterday.

SPF over 10 lookups

A new include pushed the record past the limit, so SPF fails for some receivers.

DMARC removed or weakened

The policy is gone, or moved from reject or quarantine to something softer.

DKIM missing

A key that used to be published is no longer there.

SPF or MX removed

A DNS change took out a record the domain needs to send or receive mail.

What you get

One place to watch every domain

Built for teams that send from more than one domain.

A to F grade

A single grade per domain, so you can see at a glance which one needs work.

Plain-language fixes

Every issue comes with what it means and the change to make, not just a failed check.

History timeline

Every check is kept, so you can see when a record changed and what it did to the grade.

Check on demand

Changed a record? Run the checks again from the dashboard without waiting a day.

Shared with your team

Owners and admins manage domains. Everyone in the organization can see them.

No credits used

Monitoring is included with your account and never touches your verification credits.
