SimpleCold for Google Sheets
Select a column of addresses and get Result, Reason and Reason code written next to it, or check single cells with a formula. The add-on is built and tested; it becomes available once we publish it on the Google Workspace Marketplace.
What it does
What the Google Sheets integration does
Built and tested. You can use it once we publish it in the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Verify a selected column
Select the cells with addresses and run Verify selected column. Addresses go out in batches of 50, and the results land in the three columns to the right.

A custom function that returns the result for a cell, or result, reason and reason code with "full". Answers are cached for 6 hours, so recalculating doesn't spend credits again.
Re-check pending rows
Some mail servers answer slowly. Rows marked pending can be collected later with Re-check pending, without paying for them again.
Your key stays yours
The API key is stored in your own user properties, not shared with others who open the sheet. The add-on only asks for access to the spreadsheet you have open.
Skips what can't be checked
Duplicates are checked once, and cells that aren't email addresses are marked skipped with no credit used.
Test before you spend
Save a test key (sc_test_) to try it in the sandbox with no credits, then switch to a live key in Settings.

Install and add your key
Install the add-on, then open Extensions → SimpleCold → Settings and paste an API key from your dashboard.

Select the email column
Highlight the cells with addresses, one column, and choose Verify selected column.

Filter on Result
Result, Reason and Reason code fill in next to each address. Filter on Result and keep the Deliverable rows.
What you get back
The columns the add-on writes
Next to your email column, in this order. The rest of the sheet is left alone.
